Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy:

  • Womilys offers a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • All return or exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of product delivery.
  • Please note that products purchased during offers, sales, or promotional events are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy:

  • Womilys provides a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and accompanied by all original tags.
  • Exchange requests should be made within 24 hours of product delivery.
  • Approved exchange/replacement will be delivered within 10-15 days.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of a coupon code.
  • The coupon code will remain valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and passes our quality check.
  • If approved, the refund coupon code will be issued to use within 10 days.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product to request a return or exchange or request a return/exchange using this link. 
  2. Upon approval, keep the product ready in its original packaging.
  3. Our executive will schedule a pickup at your convenient location.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check, we will issue a coupon code for refunds or proceed with the exchange.
  5. Use the coupon code for your next purchase on our website within one year.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever comes first.
  • Cancellation requests made after the order has been dispatched will not be entertained.

In the case where we have shipped the wrong product:

  • Womilys will exchange or return the incorrect product free of charge.
  • If the buyer initiates a return or exchange for reasons other than receiving the wrong product, we will charge a reverse shipping fee of ₹299.

Please ensure that the item being returned is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Womilys reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet our criteria.
