Womilys Lifetime Repair Warranty

Coverage Period: The Womilys Lifetime Repair Warranty ("Warranty") begins from the date of purchase of your Jewellery.

Coverage Limitations: This Warranty covers defects such as missing, detached, or broken beads or components.

Exclusions: The Warranty does not apply to Jewellery that have been physically damaged. Physical damage includes, but is not limited to, scratches, dents, bends, or any other alterations caused by mishandling or misuse.

Repair Process: In the event of a valid claim under this Warranty, Womilys will repair the product, subject to the nature of the defect and availability of materials. If the repair is not feasible, a replacement product of similar value will be provided. If the exact article is not available, the customer may choose another product from our collection.

Notification Requirement: Customers must inform Womily of any repair requests by emailing warranty@womilys.com Please include the order number, purchase date, and details of the issue in the email.

Shipping and Handling: Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with the repair process.

Claim Verification: Womilys reserves the right to verify the validity of claims made under this Warranty. We may request additional information or evidence to assess the claim.

Non-Transferable: This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Jewellery.

Modification of Terms: Womilys reserves the right to modify or terminate this Warranty at any time, at our discretion.

Governing Law: This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
