Coverage Period: The Womily 12-Month Replacement Warranty ("Warranty") begins from the date of purchase of your Jewellery.

Coverage Limitations: This Warranty covers defects resulting in color/polish fading.

Exclusions: The Warranty does not apply to Jewellery that have been physically damaged. Physical damage includes, but is not limited to, scratches, dents, bends, or any other alterations caused by mishandling or misuse.

Replacement Process: In the event of a valid claim under this Warranty, Womily will provide a replacement product of similar value, subject to availability. If the exact article is not available, the customer may choose another product from our collection.

Notification Requirement: Customers must inform Womily of any replacement requests by emailing warranty@womily.in. Please include the order number, purchase date, and details of the issue in the email.

Shipping and Handling: Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with the replacement process.

Claim Verification: Womily reserves the right to verify the validity of claims made under this Warranty. We may request additional information or evidence to assess the claim.

Non-Transferable: This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Jewellery.

Modification of Terms: Womily reserves the right to modify or terminate this Warranty at any time, at our discretion.

Governing Law: This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
