Q. Will the colour of the jewellery fade over time?

A. Our jewellery is designed with high-quality plating to resist fading. However, proper care is essential to maintain its shine and colour. Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and lotions to ensure longevity.

Q. What do I do if my jewellery arrives damaged?

A. If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Q. How can I edit my order after placing it?

A. Since orders usually ship within 24 hours, changes are not guaranteed and must be requested ASAP after placing your order. Contact us here for assistance.

Q. How do I use a discount code or gift card?

A. Add the item(s) to your cart, click checkout, and then click the dropdown on the next page, "Have a coupon code?". Type in the code and click apply.

SHIPPING:

Q. When will my order ship?

A. Orders placed Sunday - Friday will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Saturday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on the volume of orders received over the weekend. Additional processing time may apply during weekends, holidays, sales, pre-orders, and new releases.

Q. How long does shipping take?

A. We dispatch orders within 24 hours. Shipping times vary based on location. You can view our shipping options and estimates here.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we ship internationally. Additional shipping charges apply based on your country.

Q. My order says delivered, but it hasn't arrived. What do I do?

A. Occasionally, carriers prematurely mark packages as "delivered" or deliver them to the wrong location. Check with your neighbours and the local postal office first. If not found within 3 days of being marked "delivered," please contact us here.

Q. Why hasn't my tracking link been updated?

A. Tracking links may take 48-72 hours to update. If your link hasn’t updated within this time, don’t worry—your package is still on its way. If there are no updates after 72 hours, please contact us.

Q. What carriers do orders ship with?

A. Domestic orders ship via BlueDart, Delhivery, eCom Express, and Xpress Bees. International orders ship via DHL and FedEx.

Q. Where does Womilys ship from?

A. Orders are shipped from our facilities in Delhi & Mumbai.
